  7. I  think  most  of us have a favourite
  8. band  or favourite rockstar.  I'm sure
  9. that  most of us listen to any kind of
  10. music   quite  often.   We  have  many
  11. tapes, cd-s or records at home and the
  12. television   -  the  radio plays  many
  13. music-programs,  too.   But besides of
  14. that, many  guys  become excited  of a
  15. news,  that  their favourite will play
  16. live  on  the  stage.  Concerts always
  17. meant something special and instead of
  18. listening  to  the  same songs at home
  19. for   free,   fans  buy  the  terribly
  20. expensive tickets to get in the ring.
  21.  
  22. The  question is simple:  What is that
  23. special advantage  of concerts?  I try
  24. to collect them together:
  25.  
  26. 1.   First of all a silly thing.  I've
  27. heard  many  times,  that in a concert
  28. you  can  be  close to that phenomenal
  29. person,  who  you love.  To your idol.
  30. It's  true  that it's cool to see that
  31. guy/guys with your own eyes, but in my
  32. opinion,  in  most cases it's the same
  33. to  watch  them  on  television,  like
  34. watch them on the stage.  Otherwise in
  35. real  big  concerts you really have to
  36. watch  the  group  in  a  big  screen,
  37. because  there are so many visitors...
  38. Because  of the branch of bodyguards &
  39. security,  concerts  can't be familiar
  40. and friendly between fans and stars.
  41. 2.   Maybe the second advantage is the
  42. music.  In concerts the groups  always
  43. plays a kind of best album.  It's very
  44. super  to  hear the known songs with a
  45. few  little  changes.   Mostly  in the
  46. concerts  the  groups  play their best
  47. songs   improved    with  even  better
  48. solos-drums,   etc.   But  as  concert
  49. albums were  long  ago  invented, it's
  50. neither the real thing.

  52. 3.   What  I  love  in concerts is the
  53. magic    spirit.     It's    something
  54. unforgetable  to  go with a girl or to
  55. go with the best friends to a concert.
  56. There  are  a  lot of guys and usually
  57. there  is  big movement in the "ring".
  58. You  have  to  hold your friends hand,
  59. protect  each  other.   And  when  the
  60. music  starts,  you  can  become  mad,
  61. jumping  around with thousands of fans
  62. around  you.  the lights are so great,
  63.                   the  music  is  very

  65.                   the bass inside your
  66.                   body.     In    good
  67.                   concerts   the  fans
  68.                   are  all each others
  69.           friends,  it's  very
  70.                   easy to know others.
  71.                   In  slow  songs  you
  72.                   just  put  your hand
  73.                   around the girl next
  74. to  you and if you're okay (hehe) then
  75. she  will  do  the  same.   After  the
  76. concert   you   feel  great,  terribly
  77. tired, but happy.

  79. I  think that even shit bands' concert
  80. can  be  great, because of the spirit.
  81. A  simple drum can be great because of
  82. the  big  volume.  But to have a great
  83. time in a concert you have to remember
  84. some
  85.  rules:

  88. 1.   Never  bring  your clock and your
  89. jewels  with  yourself.
  90.  
  91. 2.  Do not be close to a wild group of
  92. drunks  or  agressive fans (especially
  93. in heavy metal concerts).
  94.  
  95. 3.  Never fall down in the ring.
  96.  
  97. That's  all.   If you have never tried
  98. the  magic  spirit  of  concert,  then
